ESCCAP is pleased to announce that two of its key resources have been translated into Estonian and are now available on the ESCCAP website.
The newly-translated fact sheets provide practical guidance for veterinary professionals on creating individual worm management plans for dogs and cats.
The fact sheets provide risk-based decision schemes to help determine how frequently dogs and cats should be treated for different types of parasitic worms or when faecal examinations should be carried out as an alternative to routine treatment. The recommendations are based on each animal’s lifestyle, exposure risks and individual circumstances.
By making these materials available in Estonian, ESCCAP aims to improve access to evidence-based parasite control information for veterinary professionals across as many European countries as possible.
The Estonian versions of the fact sheets can now be accessed through the ESCCAP website alongside existing translations in other European languages:
